The innuSTAR DNA Ladder has been developed for precise sizing of DNA fragments from 100-1000 bp on agarose gels. This DNA Ladder has been compared by our customers with several ladders currently in the market. The Ladder is stable and reliable with easily distinguishable bands. |
Features of the ladder:
● 100 lanes per tube
● Stable at 4°C for 6 months
● Free of residual NTPs
● Available as conventional and Express format
● Express can be loaded directly onto gels
● Consists of multiple repeats of 100 bp fragments to be easy remembered
● Bands stain uniformly in ethidium bromide; lower bands appear weaker in agarose gels under 2% |

Concentration: 100 ng/µl
Recommended loading volumes: 5 µl
Store: at -20°C for long term stability, avoid frequent thawing and freezing |
