innuTaq TITAN DNA Polymerase
|

innuTaq TITAN DNA Polymerase is a highly processive, thermostable DNA polymerase. Due to its genetic modifications the innuTaq TITAN DNA Polymerase has an enhanced stability at room temperature with no activity loss up to 1 month. The enzyme has a 5‘ - 3‘ polymerization-dependent exonuclease replacement activity but lacks a 3‘ - 5‘ exonuclease activity. It is recommended for a wide range of PCR assays and TA cloning. |
Concentration*: 5 U/µl
Enzyme storage buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 100 mM KCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 50% Glycerol and stabilizers
PCR Buffer: 10x (NH4)2SO4 reaction buffer, with MgCl2, 10x (NH4)2SO4 reaction buffer, without MgCl2 and detergent-free
Mg2+ solution: MgCl2 stock solution, 25 mM
10x Solution S: additive, that facilitates amplifications of difficult templates (e.g. GC-rich DNA templates)
Store: at –20°C, avoid frequent thawing and freezing |
