For isolation of genomic DNA up to 100 mg of different kinds of plant material. The kit combines the lysis of starting material, filtration of unlysed components and subsequent binding of genomic DNA on a Spin Filter surface. After washing the bound DNA will be eluted from the Spin Filter. |

2. Time for isolation:Approximately 30 – 40 minutes

Storage conditions:
The blackPREP Rodent Tail DNA Kit should be stored dry, at room temperature
(14℃ – 25℃) and is stable for at least 12 months under these conditions. Before every use make sure that all components have room temperature. If there are any precipitates within the provided solutions solve these precipitates by careful warming. Store lyophilized Proteinase K and the MAG Suspension at 4℃. Store dissolved Proteinase K at -20℃. Repeated freezing and thawing will reduce the activity dramatically. Dividing of the Proteinase K into aliquots and storage at -20℃ is recommended. |
