For isolation of DNA from plant sample using InnuPure® C12. The extraction procedure is based on lysis of starting material and subsequent selective removing removing of proteines and polysaccharides. After these steps all other steps are runing automatically on the InnuPure® C12 based on binding of the genomic DNA on magnetic particle, washing of the bound DNA and eluting of the DNA. |

Not determined. The yield depends on the type and the amount of the starting material.

Storage conditions:
The innuPREP Plant DNA Kit - IP should be stored dry, at room temperature (14°C – 25°C) and is stable for at least 6 months under these conditions. Before every use make sure that all components have room temperature. If there are any precipitates within the provided solutions solve these precipitates by careful warming. Store MAG Suspension at 4°C!
Invert the Reagent Pack A and the Reagent Pack B for 3 – 4 times and thump it onto a table to collect the pre-filled solutions at the bottom of the single strips.
