For isolation of total RNA from eucaryotic cells using InnuPure® C12. The extraction procedure is based on lysis of starting material and subsequent selective removing of genomic DNA using a Spin Filter prefiltration step. After these steps all other steps are runing automatically on the InnuPure® C12 based on binding of the total RNA on magnetic particle, washing of the bound RNA and eluting of the RNA. |

Storage conditions:
The innuPREP Cell RNA Kit - IP should be stored dry, at room temperature (14°C– 25°C) and is stable for at least 6 months under these conditions. Before every use make sure that all components have room temperature. If there are any precipitates within the provided solutions solve these precipitates by careful warming. Please store MAG Suspension at 4°C. |
